August 26, 2021 would have marked the 80th birthday of Maestro Raúl Jaurena. Thalia Spanish Theatre did not want to miss the opportunity to celebrate “In Memoriam” the life and legacy of our dear friend, who passed away due to Covid on January 5, 2021.

To join this celebration, we invite you to see the World Premiere production of “TANGO Gotham”, a tribute to Raúl and his musical work.
Great tango musicians, singers and dancers show us their passion playing musical themes composed and arranged by Raúl.
It is an excellent opportunity to enjoy or discover the musical work of Maestro Jaurena and also feel the passion of tango.

El 26 de Agosto de 2021 hubiera sido el 80 cumpleaños del Maestro Raúl Jaurena. Thalia Spanish Theatre no quiso dejar pasar la oportunidad de celebrar “In Memoriam” la vida y el legado de nuestro querido amigo, fallecido a causa del Covid el 5 de Enero de 2021.

Para sumarte a esta celebración, te invitamos a ver el Estreno Mundial del espectáculo “TANGO Gotham”, un homenaje a Raúl y a su obra musical. Grandes músicos, cantantes y bailarines de tango nos muestran su pasión tocando temas musicales compuestos y arreglados por Raúl. Es una excelente oportunidad para disfrutar o descubrir la obra musical del Maestro Jaurena y también sentir la pasión del tango.
