Beautiful words, loaded by symbolism, carved by the poet Concha Méndez, a Spaniard from the Generation of ’27 and almost unknown to the world. She was one of the “SinSimbrero” (Hatless), talented and very brave women who believed in a just society seeking autonomy, professional careers and intellectual freedom just like men.
Our Flamenco Show honors her legacy and that of the “SinSombrero” women.

Hermosas palabras, llenas de simbología, labradas por la poetisa Concha Méndez, española de la generación del ’27 y casi desconocida ante el mundo. Fue una de las “SinSombrero”, talentosas y muy valientes mujeres que creían en una sociedad justa buscando autonomía, carreras profesionales y libertad intelectual igual que los hombres.
